Well my mum & Matty were bugging me to put up a new blog, so here one is....
Last Thursday 1st November was a sad but very good day all in one, because Suze (my workmate and one of our flat mates) was celebrating her leaving us! That is right folks she is heading back to the land of Oz. Our day started as a normal work day with the hussle and bussle of the office and then at about 4.30pm the bottles of "water" started to come out of the draws and a bag of ice was brought out from the freezer to start the party. We would have started earlier, but there were still some auditors around the office, so not a good look.
After a few while rounding up the crew and finishing off bits and bobs, we headed to a very nice pub down the road to have a drink or two... Yeah right!! There were quite a few of us and we were basically taking over the place. After many glasses of wine and some champaigne and lots of fun photos taken it was time to hail a cab and set on home as the place was closing. What a good night!! Fun was had by all!! ... However... The hangover in the morning, that was not cool!! Although i was happy to see that my little headache was not as bad as half the other people in the office, and at least i did not have to go into a 4 hour ong meeting like my managers did, hehe!
Suze, it was awesome working with you and it was a blast living with you!! Looking forward to seeing you at my Hen's night in NZ ;) Wait til you meet my mates at home, it will be a good night too!!
Hope all is well back home and that you aren't all getting too sunburn while i have my big jacket, gloves and scarf on!
